Join the Global IT Operations Team in Cognite's Bengaluru office! Bring your technical expertise, forward-thinking approach, supporting mindset, and commitment to IT excellence to impact our Global Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management:
• Architecting and deploying integrated solutions across Azure, GWS, and Atlassian. 
• Ability to design, implement, and manage solutions within Microsoft Azure and M365. 
• Operations on IAM, user provisioning, and SaaS management. 
• In-depth technical knowledge of MDM in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro. 
• Troubleshooting and supporting complex technical issues across Cognite platforms. Understanding and contributing to code automation pipelines. 
• Utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code management. Utilizing PowerShell and Python for system automation. Managing version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub. 
• Hands-On Support
• Access management for internal and third-party systems and applications. 
• Automation and integration requests. Develop and maintain critical IT systems.
• Technical Troubleshooting
• Resolve support issues related to Azure (Intune/Entra ID), Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Slack, and other SaaS applications. 
• Documentation: Document IT processes in our knowledge base. Collaboration: Work closely with the organization to leverage expertise for efficient IT operations.

• Operating Systems: MacOS & WindowsSecurity
• Tools: Microsoft Defender, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Jamf ProtectCloud
• Platforms: Azure & M365, Google Workspace
• Atlassian Products: Jira, Confluence
• SaaS Applications: Various third-party SaaS applications
• Identity Management: SAML SSO & SCIM
• Scripting and coding: PowerShell, Python, Terraform, GitHub

We believe most of these should match your experience
1.Experience: 5-8 years of experience in IT Cloud Infrastructure2.Technical experience in Microsoft (EntraID/Intune), Azure and GWS code and script experience in PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and GitHubITSM 3.Tool Proficiency: Experience with ITSM tools, preferably Jira Service Management4.Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or similar has relevant experience in IT Operations and IT Cloud 5.InfrastructureTeam Player: A collaborative spirit who loves to share, inspire, and work with colleagues6.Technical Skills: Relevant technical skills to contribute effectively to the team's tasks Service-Minded: A service-oriented mindset, energized by interacting with colleagues
