What You’ll Do

• Gather, clean, validate, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct regular and ad hoc data quality checks using both manual and automated methods.
• Collaborate with data entry, analytics, and business teams to ensure ongoing data integrity.
• Build reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Translate complex findings into strategic insights and clear business recommendations.
• Use statistical and predictive modeling techniques to inform decision-making (where applicable).
• Document analytical methods, data sources, and data management practices for reusability and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with:
  • Data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Performing data analysis and producing actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and a solid understanding of data governance principles
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, or advanced statistical analysis
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and database management
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
