Job Description
Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging, user-centered design solutions. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong design background who can balance creativity with functionality, delivering polished and intuitive experiences for our users.

Skills

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies to track system effectiveness and performance over time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product leadership to understand data needs and identify information gaps
  • Visualize data and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create clear data visualizations, dashboards, and interactive tools for strategic decision-making
  • Continuously monitor model performance and retrain/update models as necessary.
  • Contribute to data pipeline design and ensure data quality and governance.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and results for reproducibility.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R; familiarity with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience working with SQL and querying large databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools such as Spark, Airflow, or Docker.
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles and deployment workflows.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and web-based visualization toolsKnowledge of customer experience (CX) frameworks and performance measurement
  • Background in a specific domain such as finance, healthcare, retail, or government analytics.
