About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst that will play a pivotal role the global FP&A team within the finance function. In this role, you will work closely with both the FP&A and Data/BI team to turn data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, improve performance, and drive value across the organization.

You’ll play a key part in supporting the Finance department with data-driven decision-making, developing dashboards, financial models, and exploring innovative technologies such as AI and automation to enhance how we work. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve BI dashboards, reports, and financial models that support data-driven decision-making across departments
  • Act as a key partner to the Finance department: train, support, and advise team members to improve data literacy and user adoption of BI tools
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that drive business performance and operational efficiency
  • Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through visualizations, and presentations that support strategic decision making.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Extensive experience with SQL and BI development
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python for data analysis and automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for turning data into business insights
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across teams and presenting to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and experience working in a high-growth or Private Equity-backed company is a plus (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (fluency in Norwegian is preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and curious – always looking for ways to optimize and automate
