Join our dynamic AI team to refine and expand a self-service, cloud-based enterprise web application focused on generative AI capabilities.

What do we do with AI - Our team leverages AI to automate and enhance our platform, with a focus on three main areas:

• GenAI Features: Empowering users with AI-driven tools that simplify complex workflows.
• AI Agent: An autonomous assistant that can execute sophisticated data management tasks independently and learn from interactions.
• AI Platform: Infrastructure that lets other teams leverage generative AI without deep technical overhead.

As a Full-stack Engineer, you’ll help connect our AI features with a user-friendly frontend and build a stable backend to support everything.

Your Challenge

• Develop and maintain core product features across the stack using Python on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product designers to turn ideas into user-friendly and performant experiences.
• Help scale a secure, cloud-based platform capable of running AI workloads and serving enterprise users.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews, contributing to a strong engineering culture.

Technology and Concepts

• Proficiency in Python for building scalable backend services.
• Solid experience in TypeScript and modern frontend development with React.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. 
• Experience with SQL databases and sound data modeling principles.
• Comfortable with version control (Git), CI/CD, and basic cloud deployments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• An interest in generative AI is a plus - but deep ML knowledge is not required for this role.

• Strong background in AI and computer science, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and Large Language Models.
• Proficient in modern Python.

• Comfortable with taking ownership of end-to-end software engineering and operations.

Bonus Points

• Experience working on data-centric applications or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Contributions to developer-facing tools or internal platforms.
• Familiarity with user interface design principles or component libraries like Storybook.
