- We also help organizations create strategies for growth by analyzing market dynamics and organizational capabilities, enhancing innovation in current products and services, and identifying new market opportunities.

About the Research Intern Position:
As a research intern, you have the opportunity to work on complex business problems within an inclusive and collaborative environment. Research interns may work on multiple projects at a time across various practice areas and industries. Responsibilities and work experiences may include:
- Assisting with the analysis of economic, financial, and healthcare data using statistical programming tools such as Python, R, Stata, or Excel
- Supporting the development of data analyses under the guidance of senior team members, including applying basic statistical methods and exploring introductory machine learning techniques
- Creating basic visualizations to help summarize data trends and preliminary findings
- Conducting literature reviews and background research to support understanding of market and industry dynamics
- Reviewing and organizing relevant client materials and public data sources
- Observing meetings with academic experts and internal case team members to gain exposure to project workflows
- Assisting with drafting components of expert reports and other client-facing materials, with close mentorship and review

- Rising freshman or sophomore pursuing a bachelor's degree
- A degree focus in computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related subjects
- Passion for using data and analytics to solve the economic, financial, accounting, and business challenges our clients face
Strong analytical, quantitative, and organization skills
Experience or a strong interest in statistical programming and data analysis
Strong oral and written communication skills, and a focus on attention to detail
A strong academic record
Effectively works independently and within a team
A desire to continuously learn and develop professionally
An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences
At the end of the internship, research interns will be evaluated for a return internship offer in the office that their internship takes place.
