Job Title: Treasury & Revenue Analyst

Job Summary:

FC Cincinnati is searching for a highly motivated and analytical Treasury & Revenue Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role is critical in helping drive strategic financial decisions by delivering accurate, insightful financial and revenue forecasts. You will analyze financial data, prepare budgets, assess variances, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives. You’ll also play a key role in forecasting revenue for special events, building pro-forma analyses, and evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment — especially within industries such as venue management, hospitality, live events, or sports.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze financial data using trend, variance, and ratio analysis to identify performance drivers and areas of improvement.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze discrepancies between budgeted and actual results; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models using statistical techniques and historical data.
  • Conduct pro-forma analysis for special events and proposed projects, aggregating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and suggest improvements to forecasting processes and assumptions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to refine forecast inputs and provide financial guidance.
  • Support strategic financial planning and ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and reporting processes for repeatability and transparency.
  • Monitor daily liquidity, manage cash positions, and ensure adequate funding across accounts.
  • Track bank activity, working capital levels, and short-term investments to support financial stability.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field are required
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling experience
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting techniques Experience in NetSuite is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling tools and data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Vena Financial Reporting)
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and interpreting pro-forma financial statements
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in venue management, hospitality, concert/event, or sports industry is highly desirable
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics and integrity
