Project - the aim you'll have

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Python) to join our dynamic team, collaborating closely with one of our inspiring US clients! Our client is a regenerative development company dedicated to crafting sustainable living spaces that promote healthy lifestyles and friendly neighborhoods through innovation.

Expectations - the experience you need

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Engineer. 
• Experience building and scaling backend systems. 
• Proficiency in mathematical and financial computations. 
• Experience creating and integrating APIs, particularly with NetSuite or similar financial software. 
• Solid understanding of system architecture and ability to design backend infrastructure from the ground up. 
• Experience working with complex statistics and financial models. 
• Experience with PostgreSQL and tools like Supabase. 
• Familiarity with Google Spreadsheet integrations. 
• Bonus: Background in real estate, contracting, or financial services. 

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Design and build the foundational backend infrastructure for Neutral's new internal tools. 
• Create APIs to connect and automate data flows between NetSuite, spreadsheets, and other platforms. 
• Migrate manual spreadsheet-based models to a centralized Python-based system. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product and data architecture. 
• Support frontend integration (Retool interface, investor portal) by structuring data models for clarity and usability. 
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate financial workflows into robust backend logic. 
• Tackle complex mathematical and statistical challenges to ensure accuracy in financial returns projections.
