Job Description Summary
This product management position is responsible for supporting the modernization of existing as well as the launch of new product modules and revenue streams for FinTech Solutions. This position in particular will lead the development and execution of data-driven features and AI-powered capabilities within our Digital Storefront SaaS platform. This role owns the product lifecycle for advanced analytics and AI initiatives: this includes product definition, business model justification, go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, launch planning, and scaling the product line. This role will participate in the development of product/program strategy development and execution, leading coordination of all functions that impact product/program design, marketing, sales, operations, and service.
The Digital Storefront is a digital marketing platform for financial institutions that supports loan, deposit and insurance product growth. It leverages consumer data to deliver personalized offers to meet individual financial needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for data, analytics, and AI features across the SaaS platform.
- Gather, understand, and prioritize both external (customer) and internal needs when it comes to defining data and reporting features of the SaaS platform.
- Partner with leaders in managing the relationship between business areas, partner financial institutions, and external service providers.
- Partner with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to build innovative, customer-centric solutions that leverage data and AI/ML.
- Champion data quality, governance, and accessibility to enable consumers of the data to derive meaningful insights from the platform.
- Manage product/program lifecycle.
- Analyze data to define solutions and examine alternate methods.
- Stay up-to-date on AI/ML trends, including GenAI, LLMs, and propensity data modeling to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Monitor and report on product KPIs, user adoption, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead business case creation and definition, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to develop training materials for staff, to build knowledge.
- Participate and assist in primary consumer research, generate insights, and create an action plan that informs product ideation and development.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience.
- 7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong domain expertise in data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of launching data-centric or AI-enabled products at scale.
- Background in product-led growth and customer success metrics related to analytics adoption.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a start-up environment with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to apply business strategy development concepts and strategy analysis models at the product/program level.
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience in leading a cross functional team.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Strong agile project management experience.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to successfully complete objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and ethically navigate organizational dynamics.
- Preferred: Experience in FinTech or MarTech space.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$122,600.00 - $183,900.00
