Job Summary: 

  ZelTech is looking for a junior web developer to support technology product development efforts. These efforts include web application development, data ingestion/formatting, data processing, and workflow management. This is an opportunity to gain experience as a key contributor for small-scale, early-phase development initiatives.The site will allow users to share information about customer acquisitions/purchases. It will also allow users to initiate, validate, correct, and authorize requisitions from their different work locations. The solution will allow for expedited and quality-controlled requisition requests to be appropriately distributed and authorized by approved personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a small team to develop the frontend and backend for web applications.
• Work with a small team to develop prototype requisition tracking tool with quality checks, notifications, and authorizations.
• Participate in discussions about system architecture and data structure.
• Gain proficiency in new software packages and development tools as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be a US citizen.
• Experience with Python, CSS, HTML, and web development frameworks.
• Familiarity with Django, Java script, Node.JS.
• Must meet all requirements per Florida BAC program.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Cloud Application Deployment, and Microservices Architectures.
• Familiarity with UX design.
