WHO we’re looking for:


We are looking for a Data Integration Architect to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies to merge data from various sources into a cohesive and accessible format.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across systems, to enable informed decision-making and streamlined operations.
  • Craft data strategies that align with business goals, leveraging expertise in data management and computer science.
  • Focus on data quality and accessibility across different platforms to facilitate effective data integration and support optimization of data management processes.
  • Collaborate and understand business needs and identify integration requirements.
  • Develop and maintain architecture design artifacts and documents.
  • Ensure integration of architecture designs and systems align with business strategy and policies.
  • Oversee and manage the successful delivery of integration solutions.
  • Identify risks and issues in the system integration process and devise plans to mitigate them.
  • Implement and maintain integration monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Coordinate with business and development teams to ensure integration solutions are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to integration architecture.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 7-8 years of experience in data integration design and integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field required.
  • Proven work experience as an Integration Architect or similar role.
  • Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.
  • Knowledge data lineage, meta data and data cataloging – Collibra experience preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of integration design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with integration tools and data platforms – Hadoop, Kafka, Kubernetes.

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
