We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team. Our American client specializes in helping brands optimize planning, allocation, and purchasing through accurate demand signals and AI-driven recommendations.

In this role, you will work closely with AWS-based data infrastructure, focusing on data transformation, pipeline development, and database management. This position offers a great opportunity to enhance your data engineering skills in a fast-paced environment.

This is you

• 1+ year of experience as a Data Engineer;
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL with the ability to write complex queries, joins, window functions, and stored procedures;
• Good Python programming skills, including experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy;
• SQL expertise and comfortable working with complex data transformations;
• Experience with AWS core services: S3, RDS, and EC2;
• Understanding of data pipeline concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, and collaborative software development.

This is your role

• Build and maintain data integrations using Python for ETL/ELT processes;
  
• Write efficient and complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across PostgreSQL and Snowflake;
  
• Work with AWS to support and optimize data infrastructure;
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for data engineering;
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability;
• Monitor data pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
