The Procurement Data Quality Program Manager is a high-impact role responsible for leading department-level initiatives that enhance competitiveness, drive cost savings, and foster organizational excellence. As a trusted partner across functions, you will lead key programs, drive change management efforts, build a strong department culture, and own internal communications to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage data quality initiatives that position the company for long-term success and competitive advantage
  • Collaborate globally with cross functional teams (IT, Finance, Data team etc.) to drive GS&EM initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings, improved processes, and enhanced value
  • Ensure the data integrity of procurement-related systems is maintained at levels necessary to effectively manage business processes
  • Data Quality: Monitor and improve data quality and completeness through regular audits, data cleansing, validation processes, and process improvements
  • Perform data quality activities (data quality rule creation and deployment, edit checks, identification of issues, root cause analysis and value case analysis)
  • Translate business requirements into data requirements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor or other manufacturing industry
  • Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or an equivalent degree from an accredited international university.
  • Experience with global data standardization initiatives
  • Experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau
