Procurement Data Quality Program Manager

The Procurement Data Quality Program Manager is a high-impact role responsible for leading department-level initiatives that enhance competitiveness, drive cost savings, and foster organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data quality initiatives that position the company for long-term success and competitive advantage
- Collaborate globally with cross functional teams (IT, Finance, Data team etc.) to drive GS&EM initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings, improved processes, and enhanced value
- Ensure the data integrity of procurement-related systems is maintained at levels necessary to effectively manage business processes
- Data Quality: Monitor and improve data quality and completeness through regular audits, data cleansing, validation processes, and process improvements
- Perform data quality activities (data quality rule creation and deployment, edit checks, identification of issues, root cause analysis and value case analysis)
- Translate business requirements into data requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor or other manufacturing industry
- Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or an equivalent degree from an accredited international university.
- Experience with global data standardization initiatives
- Experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred)
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau
