We are looking for a curious and impact-driven Applied Data Scientist to rapidly test business hypotheses, develop a robust “model zoo,” and uncover high-ROI use cases that justify strategic investment. This role bridges rigorous experimentation with real-world outcomes, enabling data-backed decision-making across the organization.

What you will be doing:

• Design and execute experiments including A/B tests and causal inference studies
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering
• Build reproducible research pipelines
• Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable narratives

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in Python (including Pandas, PyTorch or JAX, Hugging Face, Prophet, XGBoost)
• Experience in SQL for data querying and aggregation
• Experience JupyterLab or VS

Nice-to-haves:

• Background in causal inference methodologies
• Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) and Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT)
• Exposure to synthetic data generation techniques
• Experience in domain-specific computer vision, including tools like YOLOv8 or GroundingDino
• Understanding of secure, on-premises inference environments
