As a technology leader across mobile, fixed and cloud networks, our solutions enable a more productive, sustainable and inclusive world.We are looking for a research developer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge work in deep learning for physical-digital fusion, semantic 3D reconstruction, and autonomous agents. We welcome applicants who have earned or are in the advanced stages of completing an MSc degree in computer science or a related field.
As part of our team, you will:
- Collaborate closely with world-class researchers, fostering continuous learning and innovation
- Learn and implement cutting-edge AI and computer vision algorithms
- Develop and adapt AI models for use in research prototypes
- Create visualizations and build frontend/backend applications for spatial computing use cases
- Conduct user studies focused on design, interaction, and user acceptance
- Support the creation of scientific publications and invention disclosures
- Present your work to fellow researchers, leadership, and business stakeholders

General qualifications (a combination of the following):
- Strong theoretical foundation in machine learning and deep learning
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and/or classical data science techniques, including analysis of visual or time series data
- Practical knowledge of image and video processing tools (e.g., OpenCV)
- A proactive, analytical approach to problem solving and a collaborative, can-do attitude
Specific qualifications (any of the following are a plus):
- Experience with neural reconstruction (e.g., NeRF, Gaussian splatting)
- Interest or background in semantic 3D reconstruction
- Familiarity with SLAM, visual positioning, or camera calibration
- Software development experience in Python and C++
- Skills in frontend development for displays, mobile, AR/VR headsets, or both web-based and standalone platforms (e.g., Unity)
