As a Data Integrity Analyst supporting Business Insights and Data Engineering Teams, you will be trusted to work on data validation, ETL development, and cross-functional collaboration in our Fort Worth, TX office.


In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and team members to understand and translate business requirements into well-structured databases.
  • Building and maintaining robust ETL processes, data pipelines, and architectures for seamless data flow and analysis.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to support data-driven business initiatives.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all projects.
  • Presenting clear and actionable data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in SQL and Python (internships/practical projects included).
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain Single Source of Truth databases.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in data technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Tableau).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with R, AWS, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools like Tableau Prep, Talend, or Power Query.
  • Industry Experience: Background in a commercial, finance, or healthcare data environment.
