ECS is seeking an ARPA-H Software Developer to work in our Remote office.  Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award

ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a technical expert to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation’s healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas.  As a Software Developer, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem. Position Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Develop and integrate generative AI models into existing applications using AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Develop Intranet pages, SharePoint sites, PowerApps pages, and other similar small projects using Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Participate in agile product design, including user journey mapping and usability testing.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud and AI development.

 

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000

Qualifications
  • Master’s in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • 8 Years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud computing and enterprise applications.
  • Experience in development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications.
  • Experience in project management, including agile product design and user journey mapping.
  • Experience in generative AI development and integration.
  • Experience in developing Intranet pages, SharePoint sites, PowerApps pages, and other similar small projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of AI frameworks and tools, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write reports.
