Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst (all genders) to join our team and provide data-driven insights to support our business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining datamarts and dashboards, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and address business needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in SQL, Tableau, data visualization, and business analysis based on data sources like AWS Athena, SAP BW and Oracle. Experience in Python and PowerBI is a plus.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain data marts using SQL and Python.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.

• Apply data visualization techniques to monitor key business processes and deliver actionable insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand analytical needs, and translate them into meaningful insights.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across all business departments.

• Manage reporting schedules and maintain data extracts as needed.

• Identify opportunities to enhance dashboard performance and consolidate reporting solutions.

• Provide first-level support for Tableau-related issues.

• Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in Tableau and Power BI to continuously enhance data visualization and analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.

• Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop; experience with Power BI is a plus.

• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling to ensure high-quality analysis results; knowledge of Python is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
