About the role 
We’re looking for a GTM-focused AI & Automation Architect to join our Revenue Operations team and lead our efforts on building for Mistral, on Mistral. This role is integral in transforming how we operate across Sales, Marketing, Solutions and Customer Success. 
This role sits at the intersection of sales adjacent tooling, Mistral’s AI platform, data engineering, and our evolving go-to-market strategy. You are responsible for the design, implementation and deployment of agentic workflows that power critical automations and intelligence for our GTM teams, architecting data infrastructure that help transform signals into action to enable continuous improvement of our GTM execution and strategy. This role will also be focused on finding new and novel applications of how we can use our models to accelerate and scale our GTM.

What you will do
You will be charged with treating GTM as a product that delights both our internal teams and our customers• Design and implement agentic AI workflows to automate repeatable GTM tasks such as lead routing, outreach personalization, forecasting updates, and QBR preparation. • Partner closely with our field teams to identify areas of potential automation or insights to drive large reductions in administrative & repetitive tasks and ensuring that they’re provided with high signal insights across our various distribution channels. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to better architect our GTM flows on our PLG motions to delight customers throughout their Mistral journey.
You will partner with RevOps and cross-functional teams to architect data infrastructure & pipelines to power our agentic workforce • Develop internal automation pipelines and tools using Mistral Models & Platform in tandem with structured data pipelines to improve process efficiency across the revenue funnel.• Blend AI with signals identification to ensure that AEs have real time views and suggested actions on our consumptive customer base. • Partner with Marketing to architect and design an increasingly automated inbound lead triage process including enrichment, routing, and agentic follow-up based on customer needs and which Mistral solution is the best fit.
You will design, implement and manage our GTM Agentic workforce• Partner with our Solutions Architect and Applied AI Engineering teams to deploy AI-powered internal tools (e.g., copilots, auto-taggers, async assistants) that unlock value and automation throughout the customer lifecycle. • Develop a roadmap for Agentic use cases within Mistral and leverage our internal platform and models to implement and manage Agents. • Engage and provide feedback and use cases to our product and engineering teams around use cases, connector requirements and outcomes.
You will be leading the GTM effort of building for Mistral, on Mistral • Stay highly engaged and informed on the evolution of our product roadmap to understand use cases for how we can leverage our SOTA models and platform for GTM use cases. • Where possible, act as a liaison and support resource for our Sales teams to explain how we’ve deployed Mistral to both drive automation and scale intelligence without GTM teams.
Who you are
• 5+ years of experience in three major areas: Sales and/or Revenue Operations, Solutions Architecture, or GTM Technology roles in a rapidly growing business with multiple revenue streams• Deep experience building and administering GTM systems (e.g.: Salesforce, Clay, Gong) and business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Hex or similar BI tools)• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, or other scripting languages and automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow, n8n, LangChain)• You’ve experimented with and deployed early use cases that leverage AI, agentic flows or automation that improves automation & efficiency OR ensure that field teams have more intelligent GTM signals to act on • You have a strong perspective and a current thesis for how AI will impact Revenue Operations and more broadly GTM teams over the next 3-5 years and can have a vision for how you might roadmap use cases and agent deployments• You’re able to translate internal and external pain points and feedback into clear and concise user stories that guide what you build, how you build it, and how the original build evolves• An innate ability to build rapport, trust, and influence with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and ensuring these relationships guide your discovery process, what you build, and how you iterate• You have deep experience in project management, sprint-based planning, and can design an intake, scoping and release methodology that scales as both our Revenue Operations and GTM team grow• You are a builder at heart, you thrive in an environment where you have the creative freedom to problem solve from first principles and excel in an environment where you are able to build from the ground up
