Job Purpose:

We are looking for an AI Integration Developer to join our Compliance & Privacy team, focusing on the development of AI agents and intelligent automation tools. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and deploying advanced AI solutions that streamline compliance workflows and enhance the overall employee experience. Your work will directly support internal users through the creation of innovative, user-friendly tools powered by Microsoft AI technologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of AI-powered tools using Microsoft technologies such as Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, AI Search, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Optimize language models and refine prompts to meet specific compliance use cases.
  • Build and manage automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code/no-code development environments.
  • Design, test, and improve conversational interfaces and chat-based AI experiences for internal users.
  • Integrate diverse internal data sources (structured and unstructured) to provide intelligent, context-aware responses.
  • Work closely with compliance professionals and product teams to turn complex needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and working with OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficient in Python programming and/or experienced with low-code/no-code platforms for automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, especially services related to AI and cloud-based integrations.
  • Proven track record of building bots, internal tools, or workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Bonus: Exposure to UI/UX design concepts to help craft seamless and intuitive user interfaces.
