Master Data Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Master Data Specialist to join the team of our client, a global technology leader providing secure and high-performance internet services to some of the world’s most recognized brands.

In this role, you’ll maintain and manage supplier data in the ERP system, ensure high data quality, and support onboarding processes. You will work in an international environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the globe.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain supplier accounts in the ERP system
• Manage supplier master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers during the onboarding process
• Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for onboarding and master data tools
• Identify and resolve data issues and process exceptions
• Cooperate with P2P teams to ensure proper booking and payment handling
• Handle inquiries related to supplier data and onboarding

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in master data management or a similar data-related role (experience in procurement is not required)
• Has experience working with international suppliers or stakeholders
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Has hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicates clearly and fluently in English (both spoken and written)
• Can work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
