Elevate your career by joining our dynamic global organization as a Data Operations Analyst in the Legal Department of Iron Mountain.  In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic growth through insightful analysis of the key metrics regarding the work performed and support our business planning and continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage our knowledge management tools to help our internal clients work more effectively and efficiently.

This role will:

Manage and analyze work performed by the legal department and provide key insights on trends and future needs. It will also assist with the development and implementation of a knowledge management repository for internal use by lawyers and for self-help tools for internal clients. This role will be fully remote and will report to the Head of Global Employment and Labor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal data from Salesforce and other tracking methods that reflect internal work assigned to the Legal Department in order to identify trends and extract meaningful conclusions about the work to support legal strategies and decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to improve legal operations, processes and efficiency by analyzing data and support workforce planning

  • Develop and present reports, dashboards and other visualizations to business leaders regarding legal work performed in furtherance of their business 

  • Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders in support of workflow improvement opportunities and other work projects

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify patterns.

  • Solid English Level.

  • Experience with data collection, management and analysis (particularly with respect to data in Salesforce).

  • Ability to create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate data insights. 

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge decision-making.
