The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Data Management & RWA Capital team work across various pillars of Basel report delivery and data governance including (and not limited to) identifying data elements, reporting data issues and working towards complying to the Capital and Data Management policy and BCBS 239 requirements

  • Work as a single point of contact to identify, manage, report and resolve data and RWA related issues ie reconciliations and report it to RWA & Capital manager

  • Work closely with Auditors and other Control personnel to determine MSIIs / audit points. Key measurement would be number of reconciliations performed, issues disposed / resolved versus opened

  • Work across various data repositories to report data issues. Map and identify the various sources of data and its usage. Analyze the best sources and use of important data elements for RWA reporting

  • Identify Key Data Elements across multiple RWA and Basel reports and ensure data quality

  • Work on documenting data quality rules with different functions like Risk (Market and Credit), Finance and Regulatory Reporting, IDM Statics and Reference teams, Regulatory Operations and consolidate them in a centralized place

  • Assist Capital and Data Management lead and the Data Officer in Sr Management communication and reporting

  • Build Management reports reflecting the quality of RWA data and disseminate to Liquidity / ALCO and senior management for making timely business critical decisions

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years familiarity with management reporting frameworks/tools such as Tableau or Power BI

  • 3-4 years experience with advanced Excel and financial models

  • 1-2 years experience preferred SQL, or Python

Salary The typical base pay range for this role is between $81K - $134K depending on job related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
