Our team

 

Amadeus Hospitality is driving innovation in the hospitality sector through large-scale applications and data-driven tools. Within this ecosystem, the Tooling and Automation Office (TAO) supports leadership and project teams with data automation, reporting, and AI-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

 

Role Overview

 

As an apprentice in the TAO team, you will contribute to building and optimizing our automation frameworks and integrating AI capabilities into internal tools. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone motivated by technical challenges and business impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Maintain and enhance internal automation tools using Python.

• Design Python-based workflows for data collection, processing, and reporting.

• Develop AI models using NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI.

• Ensure data integrity and quality across internal and external sources.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Document technical workflows and deliver enablement support to maximize tool adoption.

 

Your Profile

 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Proficient in Python and experienced with REST APIs.

• Familiar with Git version control.

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and generative AI tools.

• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate).

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Analytical thinker with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
