Senior AI Engineer – Orchestration & Agentic Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full orchestration stack that connects tools (via MCP), RAG systems, browsing agent and more into fluid workflows

• Design, build, and scale LLM-powered backend systems that drive autonomous, goal-driven behavior

• Collaborate closely with researchers and product designers to ship fast, iterate, and deliver agentic UX

• Maintain and evolve a fast, clean front-end in Next.js for agent interaction and control

• Optimize performance, routing, and observability across a multi-agent system

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience, including time in a fast-moving AI startup

• Deep backend engineering expertise (Python, APIs, async orchestration)

• Strong frontend experience (Next.js + TypeScript)

• Experience with LLM-native architectures: prompt engineering, RAG, tool use

• Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval systems

• Ability to make architectural decisions and ship autonomously

Location

H’s teams are distributed throughout France, the UK, and the US.

This role may be fully remote or hybrid for candidates based in cities where we have an office currently Paris and London.

The final setup will be determined with the hiring manager.
