Job Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented ML Monitoring Analyst to design and implement intelligent monitoring systems that strengthen data quality and boost compliance oversight. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable pipelines and dashboards, apply machine learning techniques for anomaly detection, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface actionable compliance insights using Azure-based technologies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and dynamic dashboards for real-time compliance monitoring.
- Create and refine anomaly detection models and predictive analytics to identify data inconsistencies and risk patterns.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and preparation using structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise sources.
- Partner with compliance officers and data stakeholders to define logic rules, alerts, and thresholds aligned with business risk indicators.
- Leverage Azure tools such as Azure Machine Learning, Data Factory, and Synapse to automate end-to-end monitoring processes.
- Experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI's GPT models or Azure OpenAI Service to derive contextual insights and enrich compliance reporting.
- Support the design and execution of a strategic, scalable monitoring framework tailored to evolving regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for building ETL workflows and machine learning models.
- Experience with Azure ML, Data Factory, Databricks, or similar cloud-based data environments.
- Practical knowledge of anomaly detection, data validation, and time-series analytics.
- Familiarity with LLMs and their application in data analysis or compliance use cases is a plus.
- Proficient in building visualizations and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for working across diverse teams.
