Overview

We are seeking a curious, collaborative, and proactive professional who is passionate about Generative AI to join our newly formed central AI team. As a Generative AI Developer, you will build innovative generative AI applications for business users. This role blends full-stack development with cutting-edge AI methods, delivering impactful solutions from data integration to user interfaces.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and integrate solutions into workflows.
  • Develop data pipelines for structured and unstructured data to support AI workflows.
  • Process unstructured data using NLP and LLM techniques.
  • Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI applications, and LLM integrations.
  • Build intuitive user interfaces for web and desktop platforms.
  • Create dashboards to visualize AI insights and model performance.
  • Deploy and monitor AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, VMs, and enterprise schedulers.
  • Maintain and support AI applications for reliability and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security and ethical standards in AI development.

What we’re looking for

 

equired Experience:

  • 3+ years of Python experience in production-grade applications and data pipelines.
  • Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and data integration.
  • Familiarity with OOP, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, automated testing, and debugging.
  • Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure, Gemini, Claude) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP).
  • Understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and inference techniques.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques (prompt chaining, chain-of-thought, multi-shot).
  • Proficiency with developer tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Windsurf.

Preferred (Not Required) Experience:

  • .NET development (C#).
  • Familiarity with open-source AI platforms (Hugging Face, Ollama).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML Ops and model hosting.
  • Experience with Gen AI evaluation and prompt tuning.
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Frontend development for web and desktop UI/UX.
  • Understanding of secure authentication (SSO, LDAP) and data handling.
  • Financial knowledge or willingness to learn finance basics.
  • Basic knowledge of traditional AI, ML, neural networks, and NLP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Training in Generative AI is advantageous but not essential.
