Senior Associate – Data management & Analyst
This position assists the leadership in attaining the objectives and deliverables of Workplace Enablement Services (WES). The role involves identifying challenges and proposing solutions to support WES in strategic decision-making, providing essential data for dashboards and reports for both internal and external use, and aiding the leadership in automation, digitisation initiatives, and process enhancements.
The opportunity
This position and role provides adequate opportunities to learn the Systems, tools and process of Business Finance Management, it provides hands on experience to the P2P activities and workflows, opens up the window for networking with other Services Function teams related to P2P activities and WES MIS Spocs at other centers, thereby enabling them to build interpersonal skills.
Your key responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding, data modelling errors or other data-related problems.
- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, propose data points with patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Assess potential risk.
- Collaborating with programmers, stake holders and Operational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
- Ability to interpret data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.
- Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
- Regular and Frequent connects with CDLs and their respective teams to share progress updates, review Reports and Dash boards, highlight concerns, challenges and risks, obtain guidance and directions wherever required.
- Review Operational Processes, suggest Improvements, Implement approved process changes with due consultation processes.
- Participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures, monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Upskill and re-skill as per the organizational requirements to meet the goals and KPIs.
- Participate in professional group meetings, maintain awareness of new trends and developments, incorporate new developments as appropriate into programs.
- Identify and take up Automation and digitisation initiatives for enhancing the productivity of the Department.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships during all interactions with team/ cross functions and Service provider staff on site.
Skills and attributes for success
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI for Data Visualization and additional knowledge of SharePoint and coding languages like SQL, R, Python etc will be helpful
- Should consistently demonstrate Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
- Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
- Good Interpersonal skills and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Should possess Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Should pay attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 3-5 years of subject matter expert experience, with minimum of 1 year experience in coordinating with stakeholders in comparable organizations, with sound knowledge & experience, in Facility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Economics / Finance and relevant professional experience
