Data Analyst (Retail domain)

As part of Keyrus’ solution delivery, we are also in a position to recruit and place technical consultants to complement on existing client projects with their expertise. As such, we seek innovative and agile people to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenges.

We are seeking an offshore resource of Data Analyst in Vietnam to join and support our client's team in Singapore.

Responsibilites

• Monitor and report APAC CRM KPIs; propose improvement strategies through dashboards and insights.
• Analyze customer data to support engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
• Deliver actionable insights to regional/local teams using predictive models and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with markets and external agencies to ensure data alignment and implement best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems by coordinating with global teams and performing quality checks.
• Manage and optimize CRM data models and support BI tool usage (Qlik, Tableau).
• Lead external data projects and tools implementation; oversee UAT and issue resolution with local markets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in Data Analytics, ideally in a similar industry
• Familiarity & experience in Tableau & Qlik Sense.
• Previous relevant experience(s) in B2C CRM will be advantageous, preferably in an international retail environment
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in SQL and/or Python
• Other advantageous technical skills: IBM Cognos Analytics, SAS, SPSS, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Snowflake, Cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc)
• Experience working with databases & large datasets, predictive models, advanced analytics
• Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
