Retail Data Analytics Intern

Main task: Supporting data-driven solutions and insight-based decision-making in OTP Group

OTP Group’s strategic aim is to continuously improve data-driven decision-making cross its international member banks, applying business intelligence and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency and customer experience in the CEE region.

To support this goal, we are looking for an International Retail Data Analytics Intern to strengthen the team of International Retail Directorate.

We count on you in these tasks:

• Analyze and interpret retail and small enterprise data across OTP Group’s international member banks to support insight-based decision making
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accurate and reliable data analysis
• Support the preparation of group-level and individual analyses, using data to uncover trends and make recommendations for business improvements
• Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and trends
• Support the preparation of management materials
• Applying tools and techniques essential for Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

You are welcome to apply if you have  

• Ongoing university studies in Economics, Business, Business Informatics, or similar fields
• Strong spoken and written English, CEE language is an advantage but not a requirement
• Strong MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel, experience with Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus, but willingness to learn also suffices
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data and problem-solving
• Interest in developing skills in Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics
• Ability to work independently and proactively
