Description
UCFS is hiring! We are seeking a full-time (40hr) BH Project Specialist and Data Analyst to provide project management, data management, and administrative support to BH leadership team. Responsible for linkeages between staff and data completion. Assist in data entry, interpreting data outcomes, and identifying areas of growth in BHS workforce.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute and support the annual BHS policy review.
- Organize and monitor completion of peer review and best practices in clinical documentation.
- Support BHS leadership in review of BHS data utilization (data procurement, data verification, data integrity and data analysis).
- Create reports and data analysis for BHS leadership. Assist in ensuring accurate completion and batching within funder/model databases. Assist in interpretation of results and completion rates for screeners, surveys and questionnaires for all BHS (OP and CB) staff.
- Development of tools (databases, worksheets, surveys) to provide support in program performance/renewals and funder requirements.
- Provide a broad range of administrative support to VP of BHS. Actively manage and maintain the VP’s professional calendar.
- Provide meeting support as needed including but not limited to: professional training coordiniation, CEU application and record keeping, meeting/training announcements, monitoring attendance, recording minutes, and preparing meeting space.
- Works with Population Health Staff to ensure accurate and timely submission of state funded data elements.
- Coordinate and complete routine and one-time reports or projects as directed. Tasks may include research, compilation, preliminary analysis, and graphic display of data/findings; report creation and generation; presentation development; interdepartmental scheduling, coordination, and communications; and all other tasks required to complete and follow up on the assigned project(s).

Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
- 3-5 years experience working within the outpatient and community based behavioral health programs and child welfare systems preferred
- Experience in a health care setting is required; Community Health Center experience is preferred
