- 5+ years’ experience in a pre-sales engineering role, solution architecture or related field, preferably with expertise in AI platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Google AgentSpace or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or a related field, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments, preferably with Microsoft Copilot, Glean or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, and conversational AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern software development practices.
- Strong understanding of AI integration, SaaS solutions, and enterprise IT environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Glean or similar AI-powered productivity tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and data governance.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) would be beneficial.
- Technical certifications in AI, cloud, or related technologies.
- Experience in pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture, professional services, or support engineering.
- Project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information:
- This role is highly collaborative and requires a balance of technical expertise and business acumen.
- This role may include up to 50% travel.
- Participation in client engagements, workshops, and industry events may be required to showcase AI agent capabilities and drive adoption.
- The position may be remote or require onsite presence depending on business needs.

What will you be doing?
The Workforce AI SA is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI agent solutions that drive productivity, collaboration, and innovation within WWT and for our clients. This role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating Workforce AI capabilities such as Microsoft CoPilot, Glean and AgentSpace, and architecting solutions that drive productivity and operational efficiency for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide AI engineering support to the sales team in a thorough, detailed, and time-sensitive manner, focusing on AI agent solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Glean and Google AgentSpace platforms and their integrations with customer environments
- Demonstrate the AI platforms ability to connect to various data sources, automate repetitive tasks, and provide actionable insights that enhance workforce experience and data strategy for customers.
- Configure integrations with enterprise platforms and tools, such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow and other modern work environments for POCs
- Serve as a technical advisor to internal services teams and customers, guiding the architecture, design, and implementation of AI agents within enterprise architectures.
- Lead the technical vision for AI agent capabilities, including conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and knowledge management.
- Present and engage directly with senior-level IT, line of business decision makers, and C-suite executives to articulate the value of enterprise search, Agents and automation tools.
- API and custom data integration experience in a Hybrid or SaaS environment
- Mentor and guide customer engineering teams in AI agent development, deployment, and optimization.
- Collaborate with professional services to support the creation of service catalogs and solution documentation for the different platform offerings.
- Respond to customer RFPs/RFQs/RFIs with technical accuracy and clarity.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI and modern work solutions.
