Abbott Nutrition International is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Global Growth Analytics to lead our analytics team. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to unlock growth opportunities and shape the future of nutrition.
Position reporting to Director of Global Strategic Insights & Analytics, with one direct report and one external consultant.
What You’ll Work On
Build the Growth Analytics Roadmap to address ANI business needs in alignment with key stakeholders’ priorities (Senior leadership, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, etc.).
Lead the development and drive adoption of analytics best practices across global and regional teams (Asia, Latam, EMEA, China) in areas such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Strategic pricing analytics, Category growth and Demand forecasting, etc. Develop relevant analytics solutions to address Ad Hoc requests from senior leadership.
Utilize AI/ML techniques to enhance data analysis and predictive modeling.
Synthesize key insights and communicate results/implications to ANI stakeholders, proactively and as integral part of the support to quarterly financial cycle and long-term strategic plans. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Lead the expansion and enhancement of the ANI Data democratization platform, with the support of a Visualization & PBI expert
Distill complex structured and unstructured competitive intelligence into dashboards and real-time insights for commercial leadership teams. Understand market, category, and consumer macro trends to uncover growth pockets in emerging markets/consumer segments and serve as an early warning function.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, explore new vendors and ensure rich ecosystem, to continuously improve analytics capabilities, in collaboration with IT and Data Science corporate teams
Lead, inspire and mentor one direct report, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Manage one on-site external consultant. Actively contribute to the life of the ANI Strategic insights & analytics team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, data analytics, or related field.
8-10 years of progressive relevant experience, preferably in CPG, management consulting or a combination of supplier-side and manufacturer-side experience. Consumer Health Care industry experience is a plus.
Experience working in international and/or multi-cultural environment
Proficiency in analytic methodologies (e.g., regression, segmentation, forecasting, MMM, PnP, etc.). Experience with programming languages (e.g. , Python, R, SQL). Experience with AI/ML techniques and their data application in business analytics.
Advanced skills in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint) with good command in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Strong business acumen and analytical skills; ability to connect the dots on disparate pieces of analysis and formulate a cohesive understanding of business performance drivers
Deep knowledge of panel syndicated retail measurement data (Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, etc.)
Excellent storytelling skills to communicate analytical findings and insights in a concise manner to senior leadership and non-technical audience
Proven track record in executing complex projects from design to completion, in fast-paced environment, highly matrixed organization, and international setting

The base pay for this position is
