Scope: The role requires a senior-level individual with expertise in OSS automation, data, and AI architecture to lead the transformation of our telecom operations towards full autonomy and intelligent orchestration. Responsibilities include providing architectural leadership for AI and automation platforms, overseeing the strategic design and governance of OSS and network data solutions, ensuring compliance with TM Forum standards, driving AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency, designing robust network data solutions for real-time analytics, and enabling zero-touch operations to create agile, efficient, and self-operating network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead OSS automation and orchestration frameworks, aligned with TM Forum Open APIs and Open Digital Architecture (ODA).

• Design and manage robust OSS/network data ecosystems for collection, normalization, processing, and real-time access across domains (RAN, Core, Transport, IP).

• Enable intelligent, AI-driven automation by leveraging structured and unstructured OSS data sources for predictive analytics, performance tuning, and anomaly detection.

• Drive end-to-end Zero-Touch Operations use cases by integrating AI/ML models into service assurance, provisioning, fault management, and RCA.

• Lead integration of multi-vendor OSS platforms into a unified, modular, standards-compliant architecture.

• Establish data governance, quality assurance, and lifecycle management strategies for OSS and network telemetry.

• Oversee the development and testing of automation PoCs in collaboration with global technology vendors.

• Support standardization of in-house tools, automation workflows, and analytics platforms to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure regular OSS platform and tools availability for stakeholders to detect, monitor, resolve services, improve user experience proactively through managed service partner

• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and NOC teams to align automation solutions with real-world operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EEE, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in OSS systems, automation architecture, network data solutions, and AI deployment within telecom environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with OSS/NMS platforms, big data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka, Elasticsearch), and ML/AI frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Spark).

• Experience in building, managing, and utilizing large-scale OSS/network datasets for operational analytics and decision automation.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Deep knowledge of telecom infrastructure and service management lifecycles.

Other Qualifications

• TM Forum certifications or credentials in data engineering, AI/ML, or cloud platforms.

• Understanding of digital twin models and their application to network simulation/testing.

• Experience in designing and implementing TM Forum-compliant automation and data frameworks (Open APIs, SID, ODA).

• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
