About the Role

Responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose

Responsibilities:

• Develop and automate dashboard, analysis, and report to support business functions.

• Collaborate with data teams to integrate data from various sources and develop data interfaces that support automation solutions.

• Maintain the integrity of the data as the "single source of truth".

• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and user manuals.

• Train business users on how to use reporting and automation solutions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

• Assess KPIs, perform root cause analyses, create recommendations for corrective action and work with business verticals to implement them. Be responsible for the accuracy of the calculations of these KPIs.

• Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest reporting and automation technologies and trends and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.

• At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably has experience in management reporting and data analytics related role.

• Experience as a data analyst ideally within a highly regulated related industry.

• Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency within IT systems, software databases, reporting, communication, and analytical tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools i.e. Power BI.

• Experience in Operational improvement system methodology and delivery.

• Knowledge of business reporting framework.

• Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationship and influence outcomes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all level with clarity impact and influence.

• Ability to plan and priorities effectively organise tasks and manage completing resources and demands.
