Summary/Job Purpose:
We are looking for a UX leader who can design and deliver engaging and user-centric experiences for our customers and employees across various touchpoints and channels. You will be responsible for building strategy and blueprint for UX considering usability, accessibility, and satisfaction of our products and services.
Essential Functions:
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for UX within the organization, aligning with the business objectives and priorities.
- Partner with IT roadmap and identify demand for UX and build fulfillment plans
- Lead all stakeholder outreach, cultivate communication and act as intermediary between product, design and engineering.
- Create a UX center of competency for the market with guidelines for ways of working to support agile forward-thinking design
- Take the lead in managing stakeholder and company initiatives and will translate and architect company business objectives into customer-facing (and employee-facing) concepts and plans.
- This person will lead all design thinking initiatives and will assist Research and Design leads in scoping, planning and executing on company objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to consolidate technology foot print
- Partner with stakeholders to implement hybrid meeting technology for key locations
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand the user needs, pain points, and opportunities, and propose UX solutions that address them.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of UX projects, from research to design to development to testing to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and governance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the capabilities and performance of the UX team and solutions.
- Communicate and present complex UX findings and recommendations to various audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Manage and mentor a team of UX professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to help them grow their skills and deliver high-quality results.

Education and Experience Required:
Diploma/Degree & Experience
- A master’s degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics, with at least 10 years of experience in leading teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts, techniques, and applications, such as regression, classification, clustering, natural language processing, computer vision, deep learning, etc.
- Proficient in using various programming languages and tools such as Python, R, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Experience in working with big data platforms and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in applying advanced analytics to solve real-world business problems in various domains such as marketing, sales, customer service, operations, finance, etc.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
