Product Manager, Data Integrations

Position Overview:

Intapp is a high-growth, well-established leading supplier of enterprise SaaS business applications software serving the professional and financial services vertical markets. Intapp’s Compliance suite is the client onboarding and risk management solution for the world’s most prestigious professional services firms. Intapp Employee Compliance solution, which is part of Intapp's Compliance suite, enables firms to monitor employees’ financial interests and outside activities, adhere to internal code of ethics policies, and track required documentation.

In this role, you will work with various data feed providers in the industry and drive initiatives to bring that data to Intapp’s Compliance ecosystem, specifically to the Employee Compliance solution. You will play a key role in developing product capabilities that seamlessly integrate data feeds from multiple brokers and vendors, aligning with the business policies and rules set by our clients. You will be contributing towards commercial as well as technical aspects of the broker partnerships from early on and will be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle for integrating this content within the employee compliance solution.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of integrating data feeds with external brokers/vendors, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data operations, and customer support.

• Build and execute on product roadmap to allow self-service capabilities for rules configuration, trade processing, trade exception handling and reporting on key data sets.

• Design and implement robust data quality checks and validation processes in the product to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data received from external sources.

• Work directly with agile product and engineering teams to manage product backlog, lead story times, develop features, and deliver them in monthly and quarterly releases.

• Incorporate innovative technologies, such as AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics, into the solution to differentiate it within the market and increase overall value.

• Collaborate with the sales, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to drive the field and customer engagement plans, including early adopter programs.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data feed accuracy, latency, and compliance effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to broker data feeds, data privacy, and security.

What you’ll need:

• 4-6 years of product management experience in enterprise (B2B) and cloud-based (SaaS) applications.

• Deep understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and broker data feeds.

• Proven experience in data management, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on data feeds from brokers and vendors.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II) is a plus.

• Experience managing and/or developing products directly relevant to Legal, Accounting, Consulting, and Financial Services industries.
