Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Energy Accounts Data Analyst to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on delivering and improving energy data management processes, including historical consumption data, e-invoice collection, data analysis, and reconciliation with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support financial data checks and ensure data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and communicate energy spend reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data completeness and integrity in our systems; assist with manual and automated entry of customer utility data as needed.
- Perform data management tasks related to utility accounts.
- Identify and resolve data and invoice-related queries with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare internal quality check reports and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
Key Requirement:
- A degree in an analytical or numerically focused field is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical ability are essential. Analytical work experience is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
