ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic, impact-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our data and analytics team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted thought partner to stakeholders across the organisation — helping to shape strategy, drive performance, and foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
You’ll take ownership of high-impact analytical initiatives, lead the design and evaluation of experiments, and guide less experienced analysts. This is a role for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with a consultative mindset, business acumen, and the confidence to influence at all levels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead complex analyses across product, commercial and operational domains to uncover opportunities and improve performance.
- Own the design, implementation and interpretation of experiments (e.g. A/B tests), ensuring methodological rigour and actionable outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards, KPIs and reporting infrastructure to support self-serve analytics.
- Build robust, reusable SQL and Python code for analysis, automation and data transformation.
- Proactively identify data gaps and opportunities, influencing roadmap and prioritisation through clear storytelling.
- Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practices in analysis, experimentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as a bridge between business and data teams, ensuring analytical outputs are aligned with strategic objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
ESSENTIAL
- Significant experience in data analytics, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience building scalable analytical workflows.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and modern data stack tools.
- Strong command of experimental design, causal inference, and statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to deliver insights that influence product, commercial or strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (in both Polish and English) — able to distil complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong prioritisation skills and a results-focused mindset.
DESIRABLE
- Experience in a consulting, advisory, or stakeholder-facing role with a track record of influencing business decisions.
- Comfortable working across a variety of domains and adapting analysis to different business contexts.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills — able to align diverse perspectives and drive action.
- Academic background in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
