As the Business Intelligence team at HQ, we define analytical standards across the organization and empower strategic decision-making through robust client analytics. We’re looking for a BI Developer to join us in building the data infrastructure and analytical tools that power these critical, data-driven decisions.

You Will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance critical BI solutions and data visualizations to support global decision-making.
- Contribute to the growth and optimization of our central BigQuery Data Warehouse by designing, refining, and maintaining data models and analytical views.
- Build and optimize robust ETL/ELT data pipelines from diverse RTB House systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Automate data workflows to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Work closely with HQ and regional teams to understand analytical needs and provide expert guidance on data-related issues.
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and curious, with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Proven efficiency working in a cloud environment (preferably Google Cloud Platform), especially with data-related services (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Run).
- Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python preferred) to support automation and data manipulation tasks.
- Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices, such as GitHub, Jenkins, or other CI/CD pipelines.
- Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to or a strong interest in learning and applying tools like dbt and Terraform for data modeling and infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React) would be beneficial.
