Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:  Position Title: Mid Data Engineer What you will be doing: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ensure clean, reliable, and well-structured data across systems. The ideal candidate has a strong command of SQL, data integration, and performance optimization, along with experience in ETL/ELT processes, data transformation routines, and API-based data ingestion. This role plays a critical part in supporting analytics, reporting, and operational systems. Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and delivering structured and unstructured data.
Implement and manage ETL/ELT processes to support internal data workflows and business intelligence use cases.
Build scalable solutions for API-based data ingestion from external and internal sources.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for high-performance data access.
Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Validate and transform data to meet quality standards and ensure consistency across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver data requirements for applications and reporting.
Conduct API testing and integration validation using tools like Postman.
Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews for data pipeline components and scripts.
Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain data flows to support operational and analytical functions. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in data pipeline development, ETL/ELT processes, and managing data workflows.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and hands-on experience with API-based data integration.
Proficient in data validation and transformation techniques.
Experience with relational database management and performance optimization.
Familiarity with tools like Postman for API testing and Git for version control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for data systems.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good to Haves: Demonstrates a strong interest in expanding knowledge of Frontend and Backend technologies, particularly Angular, .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Soft Skills:
Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams. 
Strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues within automation processes and develop efficient solutions.
