Location: This position is open to hire in all of our onsite locations. Hybrid - 4 day in office.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer with experience in leading ML projects and ensuring the security and robustness of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business and security-related challenges. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable, production-ready ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
  • Work on large-scale data analysis and feature engineering to optimize ML model performance.
  • Develop and maintain ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and researchers, to integrate ML and deep learning models into production systems.
  • Conduct A/B testing and model evaluations to enhance model performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning research.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and researchers in machine learning best practices and development.
  • Consult with clients on the application of ML and deep learning models for their business.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with databases and big data technologies such as SQL, Spark, or Hadoop.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
  • Knowledge of adversarial machine learning and security in AI systems.
  • Background in telecommunications, finance, or cybersecurity-related ML applications.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
