As a vital member of our dynamic and agile team, your primary mission is to transform raw data into strategic insights that fuel decision-making across Lean Tech. You will develop, maintain, and optimize intuitive BI dashboards and reporting tools aligned with enterprise goals—prioritizing performance, security, and user experience. Collaborating closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions using your expertise in SQL, data integration, and BI platforms. This role supports the consistency and integrity of data across diverse sources, including integration with low/no-code IPAAS platforms, while exploring advanced AI-enabled BI capabilities. Beyond delivering impactful analytics, you will actively contribute to our culture of iterative development by participating in Scrum ceremonies, continuously enhancing processes, and driving innovation in business intelligence and data strategy.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools aligned with enterprise requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across multiple relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, with a focus on performance and security.
• Collaborate with product owners, business users, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that drive decision-making.
• Support integration of BI tools with various applications, data sources, and low/no-code IPAAS platforms, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Contribute to the creation of scalable, sustainable BI assets, providing clear documentation and reusable methodologies.
• Explore and potentially implement AI-enabled BI capabilities by assessing and integrating suitable technologies and practices, adhering to strict guidelines on AI usage.
• Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and team discussions, providing input and feedback.
• Engage in iterative development with autonomy, proactively identifying and solving problems while enhancing existing processes and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management, specifically with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo for developing dashboards and tools.
• Intermediate understanding of data integration concepts and experience with low/no-code Integration Platform as a Service (IPAAS) solutions, particularly Workato.
• Intermediate proficiency in Agile methodologies, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to AI concepts and embedded AI tools within BI platforms is a plus.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence or related fields within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript and data formats like JSON and XML.
• Basic understanding of HTML, Angular, React, or TypeScript for app development.
• Familiarity with API basics and embedded AI tools within BI platforms is desirable.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions like Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure dashboards and data products are user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with business needs.
• Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques beyond standard BI tool capabilities.
• Certification in data analytics or business intelligence from a recognized institution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions in complex scenarios.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and its application in business intelligence.
• Knowledge of emerging BI trends and technologies to drive innovation.
