Job Overview
CES is looking for seasoned Data and Analytics Lead to drive the future state technology architecture, analyse and evaluate the technology, helps to raise the level of data literacy with our customers, lead and collaborate with customer and delivery team to deliver business values.

Responsibilities
1. Work as part of a cross-functional implementation team to deliver a high-quality SaaS based data platform.
2. Deploy and support data extraction, integration, modeling, transformation, and business intelligence systems/applications.
3. Implement data source integrations through automation or manual steps during the implementation process.
4. Contribute and create technical documentation such as technical specifications, test plans, and product documentation.
5.Ensure the integrations from the Data Warehousing team are set up correctly and validate that the dataset is accurate.
6.Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of the data platform.
7.Partner with the team’s leadership and assist in driving forward best practices such as coding standards, code reviews, code management, and release strategies.
8.Participate and advocate in the team’s agile processes and continuous improvement efforts.  
9. Leads and collaborates with people from different teams to achieve common goals.
10. Provides mentorship to other team members and support them when required.
Qualifications:
 Must Have
1. 8 + years of relevant work experience in software development including:
  Working Experience with Python, PySpark, any relational DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL/Postgres), and/or database warehouses (such as Amazon RedShift/Snowflake/BigQuery).
2. Experience working with Rest APIs.
3. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, preferably AWS
4. Must have been involved in code review process, preparing technical documentation, architecture diagrams.
5. Handson Experience designing, developing applications in any of the cloud platform preferably - AWS
6. Experience working in an agile development environment and with project management tools such as JIRA.
7. Ability to document SDKs and libraries and articulate technical information efficiently.
8. Strong team player and be able to work with customers and multiple teams during integration projects
9. Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with the team and clients.
10. Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
