Order Lifecycle Data Analyst (ZR 23832 JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EDT
Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Client Overview

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Order Lifecycle Data Analyst to manage the complete lifecycle of customer purchase orders. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer purchase orders from creation through fulfillment and invoicing
  

• Analyze order data to identify trends, delays, and opportunities for process optimization
  

• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing
  

• Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
  

• Track and resolve discrepancies, engaging with customers when needed
  

• Produce and distribute regular order status reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  

• Support compliance and audit efforts through meticulous documentation
  

• Improve the order-to-cash cycle using data-driven insights and best practices
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
  

• 2+ years of experience in order management, operations analysis, or a similar role
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  

• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce preferred)
  

• High attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  

• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
  

• Familiarity with SQL or scripting for data analysis is a plus
  

• Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives is advantageous
