ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Architect/Scientist IV to join our team in the Fort Eisenhower, GA location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Utilize large data sets to pinpoint opportunities for product and process optimization, driving substantial business value.
• Design and deploy sophisticated data models and algorithms for advanced predictive modeling, significantly enhancing customer experiences and revenue generation.
• Develop and maintain rigorous testing frameworks to ensure model quality and accuracy, safeguarding data integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to implement models and closely monitor outcomes, fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting professional growth and team development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
• 7 years of demonstrable experience in a data-related role.
• Proven expertise in data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, or data mining techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Data Science or a closely related field.
• Possession of vendor tool certifications relevant to TDL requirements (e.g., Oracle, Mongo).
• Proficiency in Python software development or equivalent programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.

Clearance Requirements:

• Required TS/SCI Eligible.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
