Position: AI Tech Specialist
Schedule: 20 Hours/Week | Follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) Business Hours
Monday to Friday​

A high-growth personal development and coaching brand is seeking an experienced AI Tech Specialist to support an impactful automation initiative. The ideal candidate will help build and deploy a smart, branded AI chatbot by leveraging a variety of internal digital assets including coaching recordings, LMS content, and transcript data.

This is a priority role designed to accelerate the company’s next phase of growth by enhancing scalability, client personalization, and operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy an AI chatbot using internal assets, including:
  

  • Recorded coaching sessions
    

  • Learning management system (LMS) content
    

  • Transcripts from transcription tools
    

• Design intelligent workflows for:
  

  • Lead qualification
    

  • Customer support
    

  • Ongoing engagement
    

• Integrate the chatbot with various platforms such as:
  

  • LMS
    

  • Email
    

  • Website
    

  • CRM tools
    

• Maintain the brand’s tone and voice in chatbot interactions
  

• Recommend and implement automation tools (e.g., Zapier) to support workflows
  

• Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to enhance user journeys
  

• Monitor performance and iterate for continuous improvement
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI chatbot development (ChatGPT, Dialogflow, GPT-4, or similar)
  

• Familiarity with transcription tools and LMS platforms
  

• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational UX best practices
  

• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, etc.)
  

• Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills
  

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  

• Preferred: Experience building AI bots for coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses
