Your role
 

At Allens, our business teams are specialists in their field, using their unique knowledge and expertise to solve critical client and business challenges.

We are seeking a curious and commercially minded Client Insight Data Analyst to join our Marketing & Client Services team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience strategy, analysing feedback surveys, interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data, and generating insights that influence firm-wide decisions.

You'll be part of a small, focused team of three—close enough to collaborate easily, but with the space to take ownership of your work. There’s real scope here to shape how the role evolves and contribute ideas that influence how we continue to deliver to our clients.

As a Client Insight Data Analyst, your role will also involve:

  • Distributing client feedback surveys and analysing results using tools like Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau, and Power BI.

  • Designing and creating compelling dashboards and reports that inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to refine data processes and models.

  • Presenting insights to the Head of Client Insights, helping them define next steps.

  • Support continuous improvement in client satisfaction reporting across all touchpoints.

About you
 

You will have:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in data analysis, ideally within legal, professional services, or other complex client-facing environments.

  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau/Power BI, and ideally SQL or Dovetail.

  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights with commercial impact.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.

  • A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
