About the role

We are looking for a R&D Technical Data & Labelling Specialist to join our R&D Spreads and Plant Butter team. This role is central to managing and maintaining high-quality product data and specifications that feed into various systems, including artwork development, customer databases, and other internal platforms.  

You will play a key role in ensuring that our product information is accurate, compliant, and efficiently shared across functions and with our customers. Your work will directly support the success of our professional, industrial, and retail channels.  

You will:  

  • Manage and maintain product and quality data for private label tenders, based on R&D-developed recipes.  
  • Create and update customer specifications and technical data sheets at the SKU level.  
  • Ensure the R&D Commercialization database is accurate and up to date with specifications, datasheets, and regulatory statements.  
  • Identify and resolve gaps between the Commercialization database and internal systems (e.g., PLM).  
  • Support automation initiatives to streamline document generation (e.g., specifications, CoAs).  
  • Ensure timely release of datasheets and specifications for new and existing SKUs.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D Design, Procurement, Marketing, and Quality to generate and validate product documentation.  
  • Translate technical specifications and claims into artwork briefs and packaging content.  

  
So what does it take to be successful in this role?  
  

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in data management, product specifications, or technical documentation. You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational education in food science, technology, or a related field, and ideally bring experience in data coordination and artwork processes within the food industry. You are familiar with food legislation and regulatory requirements, and are digitally savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, or PLM systems is a valuable bonus. You possess strong communication skills, demonstrate a high level of accuracy and accountability, and are fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
