Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field focused on language processing

• 10+ years of experience in NLP with strong Python skills

• Expertise in machine learning frameworks and LLMs like BERT, GPT

• Deep understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, data structures, and modeling

• Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle: design, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Design and develop NLP-based AI systems focusing on user intent, context, and output

• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams for optimal UX

• Conduct user research and refine models based on feedback

• Stay updated on AI, NLP, and conversational tech trends

• Maintain engineering documentation and best practices

• Support QA and DevOps processes to enhance model performance
